You have only one telephone number to dial in order to get the solution related to your problem: our maintenance contract make easier your life and offers you an appreciable time saving.
A yearly fixed-price contract leads you into the simplicity you were dreaming. So, we propose to you a yearly fixed-price contract of maintenance.
On each intervention, you will be invoiced only for the parts, as it is understood that labor and traveling expenses are included in the yearly contract.

Your accommodation is not regularly inhabited during the year:

You are living outside of Israel ? You don't want to have wrong surprise while you come back?
Our company is able to propose to you 2 kind of maintenance contract:

Full Service: this contract includes an initial inventory of fixtures and propose to you a frequency of visits in order to ensure the permanent keeping in perfect condition of your accommodation. We work in close cooperation with the person who manages your property in the country ( lawyer, estate agent, relative).
Full Start: our contract starts as you contact us in order to bring into service and to check the good operating conditions, in your accomodation,of all the peripherals: electricity, water, doud, fridge and of course the bottle of milk and the fruit basket.
